FENYX® Variable Dispense Pump combines the function of priming, flushing, and dispensing into one device, which provides accurate and repeatable dispense volumes of 1 to 400 µL in a small lightweight package.

A compact, linearly driven, ceramic piston pump, capable of dispensing less than 1 microliter with exceptional precision and accuracy. A vastly optimized driving mechanism means TRYTON has only THREE moving components. Plus, Fluid Metering’s distinct CeramPump® technology ensures a longer lifetime and superior chemical inertness.

The STF is an advanced miniaturized fluidic system designed to control small volumes of fluid at the microscale level for a broad range of applications. It is currently available in standard drive configurations ranging from 5 μl through 400 μl in 1 μl increments.

The STFQ is an advanced miniaturized fluidic system designed to control small volumes of fluid at the microscale level for a broad range of applications. It is currently available in standard drive configurations ranging from 250 µL through 1.25 mL in 1 µL increments.

Engineered for metering applications, this pump integrates our distinct CeramPump® valveless pumping technology with the long-life performance of a brushless DC motor and integrated driver electronics. All that is needed is a simple 24V DC input power supply to deliver precision fluid control for process instrumentation.

The Duplex Pump consists of two valveless pump heads directly coupled to a single variable stepper motor drive. The displacement of each pump head is independently adjustable, and a variety of pump head sizes can be used in combinations to achieve dispensing ratios from 1:1 up to 100:1 from microliters to liters.
