The R9 Miniature Diaphragm Compact family of 2 and 3-way 9 mm inert rocker isolation valves designed to offer the flow of larger 16mm valves in a much smaller space while also offering the advantage of pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar).

Designed to offer low carryover performance with particulate and crystallization resistant. This valve is ideally suited for today's demanding liquid handling applications.
